A graduate of Missouri State University, majoring in marketing and business, Bruce has been a Realtor® for 30 years. His love of people makes it easy for him to work hard for clients to get them the home of their dreams. Any agent can “show” houses, Bruce finds the perfect house for his clients by pointing out the pros & cons, as well as knowing the market. Bruce also has the solutions for issues should they arise while going through the buying and selling process. He holds the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, Graduate Realtor® Institute Designation, and a Broker’s License in both Missouri and Kansas, as he is constantly learning how to better serve his clients. He and his wife, Sheila, live at Lake Winnebago where they enjoy living in a lake community. When he takes a break from real estate, he loves boating and fishing, as well as traveling to a warm, sandy beach.
