In accordance with Paragraph 19 of your Residential Real Estate Contract, you have just a few days to complete any/all home inspections that you may desire. As a service to you, here are some companies that have asked us to give their names to you.
There are several professional organizations that may also assist you with the selection of an inspection company. The Society for Professional Property Inspectors, a not-for-profit organization, will provide you with a list of inspectors. Another organization, The American Society of Home Inspectors, "certifies" home inspectors.
The inspectors that we have had more extensive experience with have a * by their name/company. Please feel free to choose any home inspector. You are not required to inspect--but we strongly encourage you to do so.
There are generally five types of inspections available: 1) Mechanical 2) Structural 3) Whole House 4) Radon 5) Termite
